The optional EECO UV-5ATC Compensated hydraulic control valve is an optional configuration of our popular UV-5AT valve. The UV-5ATC offers both Temperature Compensation over its entire operational temperature range (80 to 150 degrees F) as well as Pressure Compensation which maintains Constant Down Speed between no load and full load conditions. The UV-5ATC is also available with a right hand jack port.
The standard EECO UV-7B control valve is designed for applications where pressure requirements are between 50 - 500 psi (3.5 - 34.5 Bars) with flow rates of 75 to 375 GPM (285 - 1419.5 l/min).
All EECO valves manufactured since January 2001 contain high temperature Viton seals throughout as a standard feature.

All EECO valves manufactured since January 2001 contain high temperature Viton seals throughout as a standard feature.
The UV-7B hydraulic control valve performs all the necessary functions for the operation of a hydraulic elevator in
both directions of travel. The UV-7B is the ideal solution for low pressure, high flow rate applications. The UV-7B is
capable of handling flow rates of 105 to 375 gpm.
The optional UV-7BC also offers Pressure Compensation for constant down speed control.
This modification of the down piston assembly delivers constant Down Speed Control
between no load and full load conditions.
The Grooved Adapter Short was designed to convert the Jack and Pump port of the
UV-7B, & UV-7BC control valve from the standard NPT. This adapter threads directly
into each port.
The Grooved Adapter Long was designed to convert the Tank port of the UV-7B, & UV-7BC control valve from the standard NPT. This adapter is installed using the existing pump port flange and hardware.
Used with the UV-7B & UV-7BC Control valves, this Pressure Gauge Fitting & Low Pressure Switch System is used to provide a
means of attaching a Pressure gauge to the control valve. It is provided with a 1/8
brass shut off valve and a male quick disconnect fitting and a low pressure switch.
The option of a N.O or N.O./N.C switch is available. Click Here for details.
Individual fittings can be purchased to create your own arrangements.
See page 75 for more details. Part No. 5707.
Note: This product does not include the Liquid Filled Pressure Gauge Assembly.
The UV-7B(C) Pressure Gauge Fitting System is used to provide a means of attaching a Pressure gauge to the control valve. It is provided with a 1/8 brass shut off valve and a male quick disconnect fitting. Individual fittings can be purchased to create your own arrangements. Contact EECO for details. Part No. 5706.

Contains: Low Pressure Switch N.O./N.C.
Continuing our tradition of providing the elevator industry with innovative quality products, EECO now offers a small, compact hydraulic elevator control valve for residential, LULA & handicapped applications.
The UV-4R has all the performance qualities of larger commercially available hydraulic control valves. Qualities like full leveling in the up and down directions and pressure regulation to maintain constant down speed. Jack ports are provided on both the right and left sides of the valve for easy installation. The UV-4R is capable of handling flow rates of 3 to 35 GPM.
The Pressure Gauge Fitting & Low Pressure Switch System is used to provide a means of attaching a Pressure gauge to the control valve. It is provided with a 1/8 brass shut off valve and a male quick disconnect fitting and a low pressure switch. The option of a N.O or N.O./N.C switch is available. Part No. 5707
Standard mounting arrangements of a pressure gauge fitting with shutoff valve on the Jack side of the check valve on a UV-4R, in accordance to ASME A17.1/CSA B44 3.19.4.5. The flange is part of the valve and is shown for illustration purposes only.

A Viton seal replacement kit (P/N 5131V) for your in-service UV-5 series valves).
Since January 2001, all EECO valves have been manufactured with Viton seals. If you are replacing any of the major components listed on this page (which are supplied with Viton seals) in an EECO valve manufactuered prior to January 2001, EECO recommends that you also replace the older valve seals in the remainder of the valve with the newer Viton seals.
This is a complete replacement kit of the solenoid area of the UV-5A, T, or TC Valve.
Contains: Solenoid Plunger Kit, Solenoid Hammer Kit, Solenoid Orifice
This can be ordered as either a single complete replacement kit (P/N 5106V) or as the following individual kits: Soleniod Plunger Tube Kit (P/N 5432), Solenoid Hammer Kit (P/N 5433), or the Solenoid Orifice Kit (P/N 5434). See EECO valve catalogue for parts included in each kit.
This kit is designed to replace existing Bypass Pistons in the field.
Contains: Bypass Piston, O-ring, Spring Cap, and Spring.
NOTE: Bypass Piston or Spring will not work with existing valves older than 2001.
Temperature Compensation Kit: This kit (P/N 5600A-( ) upgrades standard S-series and earlier UV-5A valves currently in service. This upgrade provides Full Temperature Compensation over the entire operational temperature range (80° to 150° F) of the valve. These changes will allow consistent elevator operation by maintaining floor-to-floor travel time and up leveling speed. EECO recommends that when a temperature compensation kit is installed in a valve, the rest of the seals in the rest of the valve also be replaced with high temperature Viton seals using EECO’s standard seal kit 5131V. When ordering a temperature compensation kit and the 5131V seal kit, please have the existing valve size and/or serial number available.
Down Piston Replacement Kit FOR UV-5A & UV-5AT:
Use this replacement kit (P/N 5627A-( ) when replacing the Down Piston Assembly in UV-5A and UV-5AT valves manufactured before November 2005. The new down piston assembly will not fit in the old down closure manufactured prior to this date.
